Can I upgrade my QuickStart to a custom engagement later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with QuickStart to get immediate value and move into a monthly retainer or custom project as their needs grow. We'll use the QuickStart work as a starting point, not throw it away.

What if I need a data source that isn't on your supported list?

Contact us before purchasing. We'll let you know if we can accommodate it and at what tier. We add new connectors regularly based on client needs.

Do I own the dashboard after delivery?

Yes. You get full ownership and access. We transfer it to your Google account or BI workspace so you have complete control over your data and visualizations.

How is payment handled?

50% upfront to begin work, 50% on delivery. We accept all major payment methods and will send a professional invoice for each payment.

What happens after the 14-day support period?

We offer ongoing support through our monthly retainer engagements. Many QuickStart clients upgrade to a retainer for continued dashboard maintenance, new data source additions, or expanded analytics strategy.
